Nicolas joined Paterson and Dowding in September 2010 having spent time at another Perth based Family Law firm where he completed his restricted practice year.
Nicolas has practised exclusively in Family Law since graduating from Murdoch University Law School. Nicolas has experience dealing with cases ranging from property settlements involving complex business and asset structures, proceedings concerning the care of children as well as child support disputes and applications in the Magistrates Court for restraining orders.
Nicolas appears in the Family Court and Magistrates Court on a regular basis and accepts instructions in all areas of family law as well as restraining order matters. He is able to act for clients who have been in marriages, de facto relationships and same sex couples.
