Nicole has experience as a litigator and advocate, and has worked solely in family law since her admission. Nicole joined Paterson and Dowding in 2008 having previously been employed by other family law firms.

Nicole has extensive experience in financial matters including property settlement, whether straight forward or complex, financial agreements and spousal maintenance.

Nicole is a qualified Independent Children's Lawyer and has extensive experience in child related matters including cases involving relocation, abduction and recovery orders.

Nicole is an experienced negotiator and she attempts to resolve matters efficiently and economically in order to avoid unnecessary financial and emotional strain for her clients. Her expertise enables clients to resolve their disputes by agreement, but if this is not possible, by representation in Court.
