Pauline has worked at Paterson and Dowding for over 30 years.

Pauline is a licensed settlement agent.

She conducts settlements in relation to the sale and purchase of properties and works closely with our lawyers to implement the terms of Court orders requiring transfer of property.

Her wealth of experience has led her to develop processes, procedures and checklists to ensure that title passes pursuant to the contact. She has had extensive dealings with Landgate and has a thorough knowledge of banking practices insofar as they touch upon general conveyancing.

Paterson & Dowding aim to provide clients with assistance at every stage of their divorce and property settlement and Pauline's considerable experience is a very important part of that service.

Pauline can also be instructed independently of any family law proceedings.
