How much time will you spend with your children after separation?

Separation is a very emotional time in people’s lives and one of the key concerns that all parents considering, or going through the process of, separation want to know is how much time will I get to spend with my children? The ideal solution is for the parents to reach an agreement which best meets the needs of the children taking into account factors such as parents working commitments or living arrangements. If an agreement cannot be reached the next step would be mediation and if a resolution is still not reached the matter would need to be decided in the Family Court.

Relocating – What Are The Steps Involved With Regards To My Children
