Congratulations to our new Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner

January 4, 2017

Lucy Thomas was recently registered by the Attorney General as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Lucy is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and a Nationally Accredited Mediator, who specialises in parenting matters. Congratulations Lucy!

Family Dispute Resolution allows families to resolve their disputes as an alternative to attending court. If you apply to the court for parenting orders or changes to existing orders, you will be required to attend Family Dispute Resolution. It can also be a useful way of resolving financial and property matters. This process is more time and cost effective, allows greater control by the individuals involved and is less stressful than court proceedings.

Call Lucy today to discuss how she can help you resolve your disputes.
