Conduct Agreement Order

A Conduct Agreement Order (CAO) is an order made by the Court, usually in the same terms as the FVRO and with the consent of the parties without the need for you to make any admissions.

A CAO will avoid the need for a Trial to take place and the Court can make the order without being satisfied that there are grounds for a FVRO.

A CAO is not a criminal charge, however, it is an offence to breach a CAO.

If you breach a CAO you may be arrested and charged.
