San joined Paterson & Dowding as a Senior Associate in 2024, and practices in all areas of family law.
San has been working solely in Family Law since 2012 and was admitted to practise in 2018 and admitted to the High Court in 2022.
San is able to assist clients in relation to child contact arrangements, relocation cases, urgent recovery orders, parenting cases involving allegations of risk to a child’s welfare, family violence restraining orders, property settlement, spousal and de facto partner maintenance, financial agreements, and child support matters.
San holds both a Bachelor of Laws and Masters in Family Law.
She is also a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is registered with the Attorney-General's Department. In her capacity as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, she is able to assist parties reach an amicable settlement that is in the best interest of the children, with an aim of settling the dispute without the need for Family Court.
San is a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia.
In her spare time San enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her cavoodle, Tyrone.
