Collaborative law is another process whereby disputes are resolved without court proceedings. If you agree to take part in the collaborative process, you and your solicitor make a contract with the other party agreeing not to issue court proceedings.

The collaborative process takes a "team approach" whereby you can seek the assistance of other professionals such as accountants, financial planners, counsellors, to advise you how to resolve your dispute.
