Craig is an accredited Family Law Specialist and a co-director at Paterson & Dowding, having joined the firm in 2006. Prior to joining Paterson & Dowding, Craig managed his own law firm and was previously a founding partner in a personal injury, family law and insurance firm for over 10 years.
Craig deals solely with financial disputes arising from the breakdown of de-facto relationships and marriages. He accepts instructions in all property and spousal maintenance related matters ranging from small asset pools to large, complex financial disputes involving such things as Family Trusts, Unit Trusts, Trading Companies, Businesses, Partnerships and splitting of both self-managed and institutional superannuation funds.
Craig liaises with your own advisors and/or independently appointed experts to deal with the taxation, disclosure, valuation and accounting issues that inevitably arise in these disputes.
In his spare time Craig is a keen surfer and sailor of radio control yachts. He likes to travel to a surf break somewhere in the world at least once a year.
